Terms of Service

Felix Jobs is a concierge platform operated by Felix Enterprises that connects clients with independent contractors for home services. We coordinate dispatch, payment, and follow-up; the contractors perform the actual work.

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract to use Felix Jobs.

Pricing is presented transparently before work begins — no haggling. By requesting a job, you authorize Felix to charge your payment method on file (or invoice your account, if applicable) for completed work.

Contractors dispatched through Felix Jobs are independent third parties, not employees of Felix Enterprises. We vet them carefully, but they exercise their own professional judgment.

SMS communication from Felix Jobs is optional. You may use all Felix Jobs services without opting in to SMS messages. If you choose to opt in via our website sign-up forms, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

To cancel a scheduled job or request a refund, email felixforfree@gmail.com. Refund decisions are made case-by-case based on what's been performed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Felix Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Felix Jobs is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't make warranties about the work of independent contractors beyond our vetting process.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
