We collect the information you give us when you create an account or request a service: your name, phone number, email address, home or property address, the details of your service requests, our SMS communications with you, and our voice calls and their transcripts.

We use your information to provide our service, dispatch contractors to your home, send SMS and call confirmations about your jobs, process payments, follow up on quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Felix Jobs offers optional SMS communications related to your service requests, account, and platform updates. SMS messaging is entirely optional and is not required to use our services.

If you choose to opt in to SMS by checking the consent box on our sign-up forms, you agree to receive messages from Felix Jobs related to your service requests, job confirmations, contractor arrivals, scheduling, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Felix Enterprises does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

If you have not opted in to SMS, we will not send you SMS messages and your use of Felix Jobs services will not be affected in any way.

We share the minimum information necessary with the contractors fulfilling your jobs (typically name, address, phone, and the scope of work), and with service providers who help us run the platform (payments, communications, hosting). We do not sell your information.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — encryption in transit, restricted access, and vendor due diligence — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we don't do either). To exercise these rights, email felixforfree@gmail.com.

Felix Jobs is not directed at children. Our services are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
